At Kaitlyn’s Kreationz, all sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of most of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

We take great pride in the quality of our work, and every item is carefully crafted and inspected before being shipped. If you experience any issues with your order or have questions or concerns, please contact us directly. We are always happy to help in any way we can. 

Damages and issues-

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
